Jellybean

It has been a fun week so far--TGIW! 

Lucy was happy to get two mailings in the same day--thank you for remembering her Oma and Opa!

Don't mind the winter gear...she was playing dress up...in the laundry basket...on top of the couch pillow...on the kitchen floor...

BTW, she said "I think the magnifier elf is really Opa"...there's no fooling this 6 1/2 year old!

And a little tidbit from this weekend--our annual church congregational vote.  It's serious enough to get checked in and wrist-banded!  Go Swedes!

And today, with Evan and Caitlin...I don't photograph them enough.  We had a blast this afternoon, playing hide and seek and playing with Jellybean...

And Mr. Jellybean himself...we fashioned a toy out of a discarded mouse and a stick...he loved it!

 

Then he took to playing soccer in the street

The kids tired of this play and started hooking their bikes together with a chain

And splashing in the abandoned neighbor's basketball goal hoop thingie

It was a fantastic afternoon!
