We had several events to celebrate Veteran's Day this year. The week before, we attended nephew #2's performance at their middle school.

My pictures of his performance didn't turn out well at all. It was especially disappointing since their dad went up with the other veterans and my pics were all too blurry. We are proud of your service, Den!

The next week was the performance at our school, and my parents came into town to be part of it. 2nd grade sang "You're a grand ole flag". My daddy got to sit on the stage with the other veterans!
